My name is Tim Turner and I had the pleasure of meeting Raul through Hans Dittmar. I have to say I've never met a more friendlier and hard working person in my life. When my friend and one of the cosponsors of this site, Ken Ganey and I were in Costa Rica this past November we heard the terrible news about Raul's son Shaiel. Over many days of discussion with Hans we decided that a website would be the best way to go and may help in one of the clinical studies, here in the States, decision to accept Shaiel into one of their programs. The other purpose of this site was to help Raul's family financially. If Shaiel gets accepted into one of the programs here they will need assistance for living expenses here and in Costa Rica as Raul will not be able to work as he does now. If he does not then he will be in greater need of assistance.

    Mr. Mark Mayo of 601MEDIA has done the fantastic job of designing this website and has generously proposed to make changes as needed free of charge, which we will be doing on a regular basis to follow Shaiel's progress. All funds donated will go directly to Shaiel's needs and if your generosity allows we can donate to the few studies there are for this disease. Those of you that know me will help I'm sure and we are hoping as you forward this on to your friends, they will help Shaiel too. Thank you all so very much, Tim
